I spoke at the CoreNet Global Summit in London last Tuesday about my research and about how computer game design could be applied to designing new ways of working. I used the last part of the session as a workshop, asking the audience to give life to a number of characters (players) in a fictitious case study. Their response to that little exercise was terrific and created a lot of energy and laughter in the room. And that’s what games are all about, of course.
Here are some of the links I mentioned in the presentation, that I encourage you to check out:
Thank you: Tim Asson for moderating, Gayle Crew and Katleen Beeckman for taking care of the perfect room set-up and necessary workshop materials and Joeri Lefévre for designing the original character posters.
